A shearling slipper is made from shearling leather which is suede on one side and has shorn fibers on the other side. Teepee Creepers are soft slippers. These shearling leather slippers are often made from lambs wool which is precisely why Aspen Company Teepee Creeper slippers are so cozy which is why they are a treat for your feet.

Beginning with custom-tanned sheepskin to ensure durability, the Aspen Company then carefully chooses premium selections to hand cut and craft into Teepee Creepers for the entire family. Thick sheepskin insulates for year-round use. Teepee Creepers are available in two versatile styles--with or without soles. The leather styled rubber sole is a durable 3/16" and is recommended for outdoor wear. These sheepskin moccasins are so comfortable, you'll know immediately why they are called "a treat for your feet". Soled Teepee Creepers are $60.00 and sole-less Teepee Creepers are $58.00.

What are Shearling Slippers?
Shearling is a sheepskin or lambskin pelt that has gone through a limited shearing process to obtain a uniform depth of the wool fibers for a uniform look and feel. Contrary to misconceptions, shearling is not shorn wool; the term refers to the pelt of a yearling sheep that has been shorn only once by the process described above. Shearling garments or footwear are made from the pelts by tanning them with the wool of uniform depth still on them. Teepee Creeper Slippers are a shearling slipper.
A typical shearling pelt has leather, or sueded leather, on one side and shorn fibers on the other side. The fibers of shearling tend to wick away moisture or retain moisture, depending on humidity, and thus a garment or item of footwear made from them tends to be comfortable year round.
